Toastmasters designed Pathways to help you build the competencies you need to succeed. It’s based on years of research, including feedback from thousands of our members.

The all new Toastmasters Pathways learning experience, is an exciting, flexible and interactive way to develop your skills and help others in your club develop theirs. Pathways helps you learn communication and leadership skills that you need to succeed.


It gives you:

11 specialized learning paths to choose from

Online content, so that you can learn anytime, anywhere

Real-world, transferable skills

Content available in Arabic, English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Traditional Chinese

Pathways is an evolution in the Toastmasters experience, it is a modern education program that better reflects real-world communication scenarios and is more in line with powerful leadership lessons that one learns by participating in a club.

Before starting your Toastmasters Pathways experience, members can take an online assessment. This will recommend which paths you should learn. The rest is up to you. Learn at your own pace and tailor your experience. It’s easy to use and navigate, so you won’t have any difficulty mastering the system. And we even offer a formal mentoring program for those of you who’d like to be mentored and for those who want to become mentors.


The skills you learn will give you a competitive advantage in the workplace and maximise your potential.


The Toastmasters Pathways learning experience was developed around five core competencies identified by the board of directors.
